Because breakfast is the first meal of the day, there’s a tendency for people to make it as simple as possible. But it doesn’t always have to be that boring: you can still change up your daily morning meal in a short amount of time. We’re going to make breakfast sisig a thing, and we’re doing it with CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino.
The marinade of the tender, cured pork has the right amount of sweetness that lends itself well to traditional sisig flavors: all you need is to add some mayonnaise, some oyster sauce, and a lot of chili and calamansi to make this one-pan, quick and easy version of the pulutan classic.
