Spaghetti Sauce

  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 pack (500g) Fiesta Sweet Spaghetti Sauce
  • ½–1 cup water
  • ½ beef broth cube

Cheesy Carbonara Layer

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 700g Fiesta Creamy Carbonara Sauce
  • 1 cup processed cheese, grated
  • 700g Fiesta Spaghetti Noodles

For Assembly

  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, more as needed
  • chopped parsley, for garnish
1

Prepare for baking: Preheat oven to 375°F.

2

Cook aromatics and beef: Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onions to the pan and cook until fragrant. Increase heat to high and add ground beef to the pan. Let cook undisturbed to sear, then stir to cook further, until fully browned and all moisture has evaporated.

3

Make spaghetti sauce: Add Fiesta Sweet Spaghetti Sauce to the pot and stir to combine. If the mixture looks too thick, add water to thin it out to your desired consistency—you want a rich, saucy mixture but not runny. Add the beef broth cube for extra flavor. Once sauce starts boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and let sauce simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

4

Make cheesy carbonara sauce: While your spaghetti sauce simmers, make the cheesy carbonara layer. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onions, then cook in melted butter until fragrant and softened. Add Fiesta Creamy Carbonara Sauce and processed cheese. Stir until cheese has fully melted into the sauce. Set aside.

5

Cook spaghetti: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook Fiesta Spaghetti Noodles for 6–8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and add cooked spaghetti to the cheesy carbonara sauce. Toss until noodles are fully coated in the sauce.

6

Assemble pasta: Prepare a large casserole or baking dish. Spread a thin layer of carbonara cheese pasta across the bottom of the dish. Spoon a generous layer of spaghetti sauce on top, covering the pasta. Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella cheese across the spaghetti sauce layer. Continue layering with remaining carbonara pasta, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella, ending with more grated mozzarella on top.

7

Bake and serve: Bake pasta for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese topping is golden and crisp. Finish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
