Ice cream isn't impossible to make at home—in fact, there are many recipes out there that show you how to do it without any sort of machine. Our no-churn easy chocolate ice cream recipe takes the science behind creating a luscious scoop, and makes it even more indulgent and creamy, thanks to our friends from NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream.

  • 2 cups NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 ¾ cup condensed milk
  • ¾ cup chocolate, chopped
1

Pour the all-purpose cream into a large bowl and whisk in docoa powder until well combined.

2

Place the bowl in the fridge and let it set until cold and thick, about 1 hr.

3

Once set, remove the bowl from the fridge. Using a mixer or whisk, whip cream until stiff peaks form.

4

Pour in the condensed milk and fold carefully until combined.

5

Fold in the chopped chocolate and mix until well incorporated. Transfer to a freezer-safe container.

6

Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze until solid, preferably overnight before serving.
